Pam’s knowledge of the market gave us sound advice on how to best prepare our house and she found and negotiated excellent renters. Not only is she knowledgeable in the rental market Pam is extremely sharp in the overall housing sales market. Pam took the time to find out what was best for us at this time renting or selling…. As well as working with the new tenants finding their needs to see if the home would be a good fit. I highly recommend Pam to assist with a home sale or rental property.
