Where to start? Pam Davison is a tremendous asset to your organization. We sought her out because she was the listing agent on a condo we were interested in. Over the course of the next few weeks, she showed us several units in her neighborhood/association as well as others in the general location. Downsizing and moving to a 55+ community is a new experience to us and her knowledge and expertise of condos, HOA's, etc. was invaluable to our search. We leveraged her expertise with regards to HOA rules, perks, what's included vs what's not, etc. Her knowledge of the community and surrounding area gave us great insight into what living in Pasco County as a retiree will be like. She is seemingly always available. She responded quickly via text, email and phone. Her demeanor is calm and pleasant. We never felt rushed or hurried into any decision we made. We are not only counting her as our "friend in the real estate industry" in Pasco County but as our first new friend in Pasco County!
