We were thinking about retiring to the New Smyrna Beach area and just "happened" to find Pam at the desk in the Watson office when we stopped in just to see what was available. Right away Pam got on board trying to figure out what we were looking for even when we weren't sure ourselves. We had a flight back to Massachusetts in a few hours so didn't have time that day to do much exploring. Pam kept us up to date via email as to what was available in our price range. We listed and sold our home ready to look in earnest. On our next quick trip down Pam devoted the whole of our free day to looking at places. She was totally prepared with a wide range of properties helping us to narrow our search to what would best suit us. We had a marathon session which was a lot of fun even if somewhat exhausting. Just what we needed to do. After that she found a short term rental to move into while we made the commitment. Each step along the way she was there to guide and encourage us in finding what we wanted. We never felt like it was her agenda but always an honest desire to get the best for us. She kept us informed of each stage in the closing process and never made us feel we asked "dumb" questions. We would highly recommend Pam as a knowledgeable, helpful and professions realtor who honestly cares about her clients and their needs. Not only was she a good realtor but also a great ambassador for this area answering our many questions on restaurants, doctors, bike shops and so multiple other things
