Pam Washnock, was very professional and went above what I expected from an agent to sell my parents house. My brother and I, both live out of state and Pam coordinated with the contractors and kept us informed on what was needed and was able to keep the sale on track. Pam was able to sell the house sooner than either of us expected and for a price we were happy with, for that we are very thankful.
