Pam was very attentive to my parameters as far as price , location & type of house I was seeking . She did not , like allot of realtors , show me houses outside of those parameters. Immediate return call backs, very efficient with ALL of the paperwork involved. She knows the outer Cape very, very well as well as has her hands on the pulse of properties "coming to market " soon before they are listed, if that is the case. I highly recommend her !!
