We entered our house search knowing that after nearly thirty years out of the market, everything had changed. In less than a week, Pam had honed the search to exactly the style of houses that fit our needs. When the right one hit the market, she flagged the listing, got us in to see it, and gave us absolutely spot on advice that was the key to our successful offer. At every step of the process from there on, she kept us informed about what we needed to do or consider doing. She provided information that not only made the purchase and closing process easier, but provided many of the little details needed when relocating to a new community. We could not be more pleased with her professional services, services that always felt like they were also coming from a friend.
