we found exceptional value from CRT Flooring concepts through Costco. I chose 9 only because the estimator John Munselle came up short in seeming interested in customer service. He was late to our initial meeting. I could smell alcohol and cigarette smoke emanating from him. He was slow in returning a price quote and responding to my calls and emails. I did not want to continue doing business with him but my wife insisted we get a price quote for the superior flooring product he showed us. we were very happy with his quote. the rest of the people who helped with our flooring project were very good. Juan in the MacAllen location seeking contact with John Munselle, Chester and the Houston warehouse staff are commendable. Jordon and his installation team went above and beyond in the work they performed and take personal pride in their work. Thanks CRT flooring.
