Our agent, Amy Delgado of the O'Neill Group, was truly excellent in helping us find a property for our rather sudden long-distance move from Montana to Falmouth. In a difficult and limited winter market, she managed not only to find us the perfect home to suit our many stipulations, but she was friendly, honest, down-to-earth and an absolute joy to work with. She has addressed our many questions about life on the Cape with thorough and prompt answers. I only wish she were living next door! We'd use Amy again in a second if we were ever looking to buy or sell in the area.
