I honestly can not say enough positive things about my experience Noelle Tobey. Being an out of state seller, Noelle went well beyond what I expected in representing our best interest and explaining our options. She is very knowledgeable of the market, recommend contracts to handle issue listed on the inspection, took the lead in negotiating with the buyer's agent without loosing sight of what was best for us. I felt confident from the beginning that she was the right realtor to represent our family and will forever be grateful for her assistance in the process of selling the home.
