Nina is a very professional realtor. We have worked with her during last 20 years. She is knowledgeable of the marketplace to help us to set realistic price. She also advise us on what to do so we can quickly sell our property. Yes, it did cost us to make our property more presentable but in the end, we got an offer for our property in less than 3 weeks and closing in 7 weeks. Overall, I have to say it reduced a lot of anxiety from us and we enjoyed our working relationship her.
