Working with Niki was wonderful! She was a steadfast positive and well informed guide as we worked through our home purchase. Our path was full of quite a few surprises and challenges related to properties and she was always supportive and available to help us get through each phase. She went above and beyond to reach out and research information, provided first rate vendor recommendations, and gave us tips on where to find the best options for us as new homeowners. She worked tirelessly for several months to get us in to the perfect property for us all while keeping up a great report with both of us and some humor in the mix which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Niki and Coldwell Banker Elite! See you around Colonial Beach!
