Nicole’s work in finding and securing my Brooklyn Heights apartment was exhaustive, professional and supportive. She kept all of the requirements and documentation in check at every turn. She is super organized, and made certain the whole process was on track, especially when I found it daunting. An excellent negotiator, and best of all, friendly and levelheaded, Nicole “won” me my apartment.
