As buyers new to the New York co-op market, we were ably guided through the process by Nicole, who worked tirelessly to make sure we landed our dream apartment, made herself available for last minute showings, negotiated strategically on our behalves and sagely advised us prior to our board interview. She was on top of hundreds of details and diligent in follow-through. A pleasure to work with.
