My Agent was Nicole Fauver and let me just say I have dealt with other realtors in the past and they don’t hold a candle to Nicole. She was on top of every step of selling my home to purchasing a new home. I didn’t have to do a thing. Nicole took care of the closings on both properties. She just called when I needed to sign something and was very, very hands on. I’ve bought and sold homes in the past but the experience Nicole provided was Exceptional! She was present at both closings and even found discrepancies in the paperwork which I would have never noticed. Nicole is a go getter for sure! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.
