As a lender for 20+ years, I’ve seen many, many Realtors and the way they work with their clients as buyers and sellers. Nicol is absolutely 5 star, all the way! She is organized, professional, knowledgeable, and she made sure that all parties worked together for a smooth closing. Her communication skills are excellent. It is easy to see why her clients love her!
