We cannot recommend Zack Harwood highly enough! As first-time homebuyers navigating an especially competitive market and challenging season, we truly could not have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, Zack took the time to educate us and patiently walk us through every aspect of the home-buying process. He was there to answer questions, talk through the details, and help us navigate everything from making several offers to finally getting to the closing table—and even the steps after closing. What stood out most was how much we trusted Zack. He was honest and straightforward with us throughout the entire process and consistently made it clear that he valued our best interests and finding the right home for us over simply making a sale. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, extremely attentive to detail, and did an impressive amount of research before every showing so that we could walk into each house prepared and informed. He was also incredibly patient and communicative, which made an otherwise stressful process feel manageable. We always felt like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision. We are so grateful we had Zack as our realtor, and we truly cannot imagine using anyone else for our future real estate needs. If you’re buying or selling a home, we couldn’t recommend Zack more highly.
