We had an excellent experience working with Nick Conley and the team at White Rock Lending with CMG Home Loans on the purchase of our new home in San Diego. From the beginning, Nick took the time to understand our specific financial situation, priorities, and goals. He was extremely helpful in walking us through the available loan options and identifying the financing approach that made the most sense for us. Given the constantly changing interest rate environment, we especially appreciated how closely he paid attention to the market and helped us evaluate our options as conditions changed. Nick was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Buying a home in San Diego while we were still living in Dallas added another layer of complexity, but we always felt like we knew exactly where things stood. Whenever we had a question or needed to make an adjustment, Nick and his team responded quickly and made sure everything continued moving forward. There were several points during the process where circumstances changed and we needed to adjust our approach. Nick was flexible, knowledgeable, and quick to adapt, always helping us understand the options and the financial implications of each decision. Just as importantly, the entire White Rock Lending team was professional, organized, and easy to work with from application through closing. What can be one of the more stressful parts of purchasing a home felt remarkably manageable. We couldn't have been happier with the experience and would highly recommend Nick Conley and the White Rock Lending team at CMG Home Loans to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful lending partner.
