Working with Nick was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn, and Nick was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. He took the time to answer our questions (almost immediately at any time of day), explain each step clearly, set us up with lenders that could give us a low rate, and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. Nick listened carefully to what we were looking for and found homes that matched. Ours needs were specific and demanding for our professional and personal lives. Nick quickly found homes within our budget that matched both our practical needs and our personal vision. All we are hearing from others in the market is how confusing, difficult and frustrating the process is. I feel like we are bragging when we share our experience with Nick as What truly sets Nick apart is that his support didn’t end at closing. Even after we got the keys, he continued to help by connecting us with valuable local resources and recommendations to help us settle into and enjoy our new home. We are so grateful for Nick’s guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond every step of the way.
