Nicholas Chan is an excellent agent with vast community and property knowledge, always keeping his finger on the pulse in the real estate market. We really enjoyed working with him in the purchase of our investment property. He was always available to answer any questions and appease any concerns, even months after the sale, which we truly valued. We highly recommend Nicholas Chan and will definately work with him again in the future.
