It seems hard to believe that it has been a month since we closed on our beautiful home on Duvon Place. It still seems like a dream to us. A dream that could not have come true without an exceptional amount of behind-the-scenes hard work, innumerable phone calls, and a fair amount of understanding and support from your team. It was always a pleasure to speak with you or any of your team members, no matter how many times we called or how trivial some of our questions or concerns may have been. Never did you or any of your team make us feel like we were interrupting you or were a bother. In fact, it was frequently a call from you or your office that would answer a question we were wondering about.I am sure that over your years of experience in the real estate business you have encountered almost every situation imaginable. For Yvonne and I, this was a unique and somewhat trying experience, as we encountered so many obstacles in the process of purchasing this wonderful home, due to the unique circumstances surrounding the sale. We could not have succeeded in this process without your vast experience and unending patience. We will always remember you and your team and the efforts you made to help us.The work on the home is progressing nicely. The deck is being built, the fence is being completed and the grass is growing in full and green. By the time we move in, in July, we will truly have a dream home. When we get moved in, we would like to have you over to enjoy a barbecue and movie to celebrate.We are thankful that you so fully immersed yourself in this project and were so persistent and supportive in your efforts. Your professional, yet friendly approach made this an enjoyable experience and we feel like we have made a lasting friendship during this process. Thank you!
