I've worked with Natasha 4 times now: buying and selling my first house in Kirkland and buying then selling my condo in Juanita most recently. She knows the market like the back of her hand, she stages beautifully, her pricing strategy is brilliant and she makes you feel like your her most valuable client. She's very responsive and never makes a question sound dumb. There's never been a point in working with her when I thought "wow, that wasn't what I expected". Most importantly, she's just a really good person who does her job well.
