When I decided to sell a building in Burgettstown Pa, I called a few local agents. The only 1 that answered her call, was Natalie. That shows that you will be dealing with a responsible agent. Oh am I glad i gave her the listing! This lady worked so hard to advertise the property. As an out of town investor, Natalie was always there for me to help with anything that I needed. I could not be happier with her punctuality, knowledge and service!!! I could have not hired a better agent, I REALLY MEAN IT!!!! She negotiated very smoothly with the buyer and got me a little more money than I expected. The closing transaction also went very smoothly! THANK YOU SO MUCH NATALIE!!!!
