My wife and I heard about Ken from some friends who a few years ago sold their home in Sapphire. Ken represented the buyer in the home sale. Our friends noted that Ken’s advice to his buyer seemed stronger and better than their own selling realtor’s advice to them. When we decided to sell our Holly Forest home a few months ago, we contacted Ken and met with him and his partner Nancy Warriner. From our first meeting, they listened respectfully to our input and expectations, gave us advice and counsel on how to prepare our property for sale, always gave us options, offered to help with anything we needed, and regularly communicated throughout. Also, they did a fair amount of work in the process without asking us to sign anything. We felt no pressure to move faster than we were comfortable with. When we were ready to list, they worked hard to get quality pictures for the listing and asked for own list of “highlights” to add to their leave-behind brochure . It was the small details that they suggested or handled themselves that really made the experience as smooth as possible. In the end, their professionalism and courtesy made us very happy with our choice of realtor for selling our property. We would highly recommend Ken and Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Regards John and Jane Miller
