Nancy did an absolutely amazing job on the sale of my father’s apartment. From the get-go, she (& her assistant Jen) could not have been more proactive, professional, or productive. In a luxury market with tons of listings, the apt was listed for almost a year w/barely any interest so we knew it was going to take creativity & smarts to find the right buyer. Nancy presented a comprehensive plan, & her take on the market & apt were spot-on…the suggestions she made regarding minor tweaks were incredibly impactful to the apt’s appearance & ultimately, its appeal. While she understands & uses the power of social media, Nancy also has a phenomenal network & knows how to reach a targeted audience. She & Jen work really hard, communicate effectively & are super responsive. Aside from her obvious good judgement & strong expertise, on a personal level, Nancy was always positive & enthusiastic. Though the selling process can be difficult, Nancy & Jen made it fun.
