We won a beautiful house that we love, and we did so in what felt like an impossible market for buyers. We’re very happy working with Nancy, and highly recommend her. She has a lot of local connections and negotiation knowledge that made us competitive with our offers. She didn’t push anything we didn’t like, or anything out of our price comfort range. She understood what our goals were, and whenever new listings popped up that fit well with those goals, she was able to make swift moves prepping private showings and paperwork even outside of business hours. She’s also very nice a sociable.
