Every time we lost hope and it seemed as though we were not going to be approved for our home, she found every possible way of coming up with a possible solution to keep us in the house-buying loop. Where there was any will, this woman found a way! She became very close and concerned for me and my whole family. She never told us anything that gave us false hope. Even when we found difficulty in getting financed for our dream home, she came up with alternate solutions and she did not stop until she took us to the house that has now become our home.
