We are writing to share feedback on our experience working with Nancy McAdam during our two condo sales. We reached out to Nancy in 2024 about selling our home and rental condo units while we were planning to relocate from Chicago to San Francisco. Although we were not moving until the summer 2025, Nancy discussed with us the housing market and the planning we need to do along the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the condo buildings and gave us helpful advice at every step of the process. She communicated with our tenant for every showing and offered to assist our tenant to find another rental unit in the same condo building. With Nancy’s help, we were able to sell our rental unit seamlessly. We put our home unit on the market after we moved to San Francisco. We appreciate Nancy’s attention to details, professionalism acting on our behalf, and responsiveness keeping us informed throughout the process. Nancy transformed this long-distance sale into a hands-off experience by managing our condo preparation, streamlined showings and digitized closing. We sincerely thank all of Nancy’s hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Chicago!
