Nancy Martin had sold another home in our community within a matter of days and sent out post cards informing the neighbors. It was in the back of our minds that we wanted to sell our home but didn’t know when the time would seem right. Nancy was very welcoming, informative and knowledgeable from the minute I spoke to her over the phone. There was an immediate connection from the start. The rest is history, as she proceeded to have photos taken, listed our home in the MLS and in the blink of an eye we had numerous showings and within days our home was sold! My husband and I have the highest regard for Nancy both personally and professionally. If you have any thoughts about wanting to sell your home, Nancy is the realtor of choice hands down!
