Nancy was very informative and patient with us! We were first time home sellers and didn't know where to start. Nancy checked in with us regularly and stopped by any time we had a question about something! She made us feel comfortable and gave us goals to reach! With Nancy's help we were able to sell our house in 3 days! Not sure how typical that is but we were very comfortable every step of the way!
