We are truly hoping you can submit this as a review, Nancy deserves to be recognized for being an outstanding Realtor! We had TWO offers within 8 hours… thanks to Nancy Hopper! Selling our home from over 2,500 miles away sounded incredibly stressful—but thanks to Nancy Hopper, it turned out to be one of the smoothest experiences we could have hoped for. As first-time home sellers, we had no idea what to expect. We had already purchased a home in another state and moved across the country, but Nancy was with us every step of the way. Distance never once felt like an obstacle because we knew she had everything under control. Nancy worked tirelessly to make sure we got top dollar for our home. She was always available to answer questions, and if there was ever something she didn't know off the top of her head, she'd have the answer for us within an hour. Her communication was outstanding, and she kept us informed throughout the entire process. One of our biggest challenges was our leased solar panels. We had absolutely no idea how to navigate buying them out and transferring everything to the new owners. Nancy went above and beyond by letting us use her as the point of contact, making countless phone calls and coordinating everything to streamline the process. What felt like the most overwhelming part of selling our home became one of the easiest because she handled it with such professionalism and care. The best part? Nancy genuinely cared about us, not just the sale. Moving into a new home while selling another was overwhelming at times, and whenever Nancy called about our house, she'd somehow know if I was having a rough day. She never rushed me. She listened, encouraged me, and somehow managed to calm my nerves while still keeping the transaction moving forward. I always felt supported—not just as a client, but as a person. She was honest when I asked for advice, guided us through every decision, and explained what was standard practice versus what she truly felt was in our best interest. That kind of honesty and experience is priceless. Because "good enough" simply isn't in Nancy's vocabulary, she even helped rearrange furniture to get the perfect listing photos—after cutting a family trip short to be there for us before our open house. That's the kind of dedication you simply can't teach. Then came the best surprise of all: two offers in just eight hours! Nancy didn't just sell our home in record time—she exceeded every expectation we had. By the end of this journey, she felt less like our Realtor and more like family. We truly love this lady and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, responsive, and will fight for your best interests every step of the way, Nancy Hopper is the Realtor you want in your corner. Thank you, Nancy, for everything. We couldn't have done this without you!
