Nancy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She sought to understand what it was that we were looking for in a home: neighborhoods, price, bedrooms, etc. She would then help send us information via email. She would also review anything we saved on the Zenlist app. We seriously started looking over the period of two weeks and found what would become the condo we closed on. Nancy made it incredibly easy: walking us through the process, making recommendations where possible and encouraging us to get appropriate quotes/additional resources when needed. Throughout searching and closing, Nancy was incredibly responsive to texts and emails. This brought us an immense sense of security that we had someone guiding us through our first home purchase. Would absolutely recommend Nancy to anyone.
