As a daughter of a frequently relocated oil company executive gave Nan-Elizabeth insight about moving began with a child’s perspective and continued to adulthood, giving her compassionate understanding for her clients and their families. Throughout her career, Nan-Elizabeth’s practice has included leasing, new home sales, preowned home sales, national and international relocation of corporate personnel, legal expert witness testimony, and institutional asset disposition of foreclosed properties. Her consultative approach to client interaction creates unwavering client loyalty. She has represented one client in nine real estate transactions, and their first transaction occurred after seeing only one house. Insight, market knowledge, and understanding the unique preferences of each client allow Nan-Elizabeth to isolate and quickly target homes and neighborhoods for her clients. Frequent, confidential conversations create a foundation of trusted relationships which continue after the transaction has closed, and clients eagerly refer colleagues, friends, and their families to her for real estate assistance.  Professional achievements include earning GRI, GREEN, and Certified International Property designations, and graduating from Leadership GDAR. She has served the Texas Association of Realtors’ professional standards committee and chaired the Metrotex Association of Realtors Forms and Contracts Committee, and currently serves on the mediation team of The Texas Association of Realtors. At Tulane University she joined Chi Omega Women’s Fraternity and is active in Chi Omega Alumnae. An ardent patron of the arts, she serves on the patron engagement committee of The Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and The Dallas Theater Center Guild, having been its president for two terms. Because my clients are number one in real estate, my goal is to use expertise, knowledge, and experience to match their lifestyles to their homes!
