Working with Monica was a wonderful experience. I chased her for info on everything under the sun and she always delivered in short order. At the beginning I thought is she that good or just bored with nothing to do. Turns out she is that good. Definitly Monica got where I was coming from, which might have seamed like all over the place at times. Her focus was helpful when excitement for a deal might of got the better of me. In the end we worked it out on a great property. Looking forward to calling on her again.
