Monica Maben was the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was patient, supportive & responsive. She was proactive in anticipating & identifying our every need, & provided guidance for all stages of the sale process. She was knowledgeable & gave excellent advice, when requested. She went above & beyond in helping us through some challenges. She was our ally & steadfastly represented our interests. We lived in our home for 30 years, & therefore had an emotional attachment to it & pride in it. We wanted to sell to folks who would love it as much as we did, & who would offer a price we felt was fair & respectful of all the work & care we had put into it. Monica was instrumental in helping us find the perfect buyers. We are extremely happy with our experience & grateful to Monica for her outstanding service.
