Molly was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! From day one, her positive attitude made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.Right after our initial walkthrough, she came back completely prepared. She had gathered multiple comparable listings and had a true, deep understanding of the market and what our house should be listed for. I was particularly impressed by the comprehensive book she created for us—it clearly outlined everything she would do to market and sell our home, provided detailed comps, and broke down the entire strategy step-by-step.If you are looking for a professional, proactive, and positive realtor who does her homework and delivers results, look no further than Molly!
