We bought a new condo in Kitchener and wanted to rent it out. We mentioned this to our close friend and Century 21 realtor, Tony Mercuri. He referred us to a colleague of his; Jeff Gingerich, and Jeff referred us to his colleague, Mike Steinborn. We contacted Mike and he was a great fit from start to finish. He was professional, easy going and really did his homework for us. Within a short period of time he found us a good young couple who seem to be excellent tenants.
