Mike was extremely knowledgable in the field and went out of his way to give us loads of information to make sure we were comfortable during the searching and buying process, as he knew we were a bit wary. He was extremely friendly and outgoing and helped to make our process of finding a new place very much enjoyable and smooth. He also did very well at keep up communications with all three of us during the process and ensured we all had our needs met, even when us three were on completely different pages with things. We all now see him as a friend & keep in touch - thanks again Mike!
