Mr McDermitt is very knowledgeable and diplomatic. He shared his experience and understanding of the housing market to my advantage. His best guesses always panned out, and his recommendations led to workable solutions for each step in the preparations for sale. He was also extremely diplomatic as I navigated the rollercoaster of an inheritance. I'm very grateful for his assistance in selling a home I grew up in and loved.
