Mike sold out first home and helped us purchase our second. The process was very complicated because we were buying on contingency of the sale of our home. We had 5 days to get our house on the market and mike helped us do it in 3 so that we could have an open house that weekend. We had an enormous turnout and a bidding war by the end of the weekend. We got over our asking price and bought for under. The greatest part of this experience was his availability. Because of the time sensitive nature of this deal he did an incredible job of being available during the whole process. He was getting us papers that needed to be signed within minutes of them being available, not to mention that both transactions were happening between thanksgiving and Christmas when it is hard to get much business done. He also recommended and worked with great financial people that made the process easy and matched his availability. I strongly recommend Mike and I wouldn't work with anyone else.
