We could always rely upon Michelle to take care of our property (and the tenants) while we were overseas. We always followed her advice and took steps to improve the property both inside and outside. She was also very helpful in the final stages of the sale of the property. We bought the house in 2003 intending it to be our retirement house; in the meanwhile our children and grandchildren moved to live near us in Japan. We decided to sell the house in 2018 and Michelle gave us good advice all along. Thank you! Bill Steele and Patricia Sippel
