I cannot say enough about the professionalisms and skill of Michelle Needham. We moved out of state before our house was listed and relied heavily on Michelle to help us get the house ready. Michelle went above and beyond, recommending and often overseeing, vendors, workmen, repairmen, etc. Michelle often met with workers to insure that the did their job in a way that made the house looked its best. Michelle assisted us by meeting with inspectors, finding people to help us move furnishings, even guided us in getting our property taxes reduced. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I recommend Michelle without reservation. We could not have been happier with the service we received.
