Michelle Needham managed our 2 apartments for many years. She was our agent for the sale of both of the apartments after many years of successful rentals and our townhouse several years ago. There is simply no better person than Michelle to handle all the ups and downs of property ownership and no one better to ensure a smooth closing. She went over and beyond in so many aspects and she gracefully helped guide us through the process. Our attorney also expressed to us how much he appreciated Michelle's professionalism. We recommend Michelle to everyone we know if they are considering buying or selling property in the Princeton area. Nancy and Bob Swierczek
