Michele and Kevin Fox (team Fox) assisted me with the sale of my house and the purchase of another in March 2020, and were with me every step of the way throughout the process. The care and attention I was provided with was very reassuring. Michele and Kevin went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met, guiding me through the sale and the purchase with diligence and care. Their expertise in the business coupled with their in-depth knowledge of Larchmont and their absolute genuine care for their clients makes Michele and Kevin stand out. I should mention that my sale went over asking price and the sellers of the house I placed a bid on accepted another offer, but ended up accepting my offer. Both could not have happened more smoothly and Michele and Kevin goes above and beyond what can be expected. Michele and Kevin also have a broad network of various services within the business, which is most helpful. I am very grateful for all their assistance and I highly recommend Michele and Kevin Fox.
