Michael helped me with the purchase of my new home in my dream neighborhood and then the sale of my existing home. He was a pleasure to work with on both transactions and got the full asking price on my home after only days on the market! He made several suggestions during negotiations for the purchase to help ensure I got my dream home. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and I really can’t say enough positive things about him. A friend referred him to me and I will definitely be referring him to my friends. I would not hesitate to use him again but, Heaven help me if I ever say move again!! He was delightful and made me feel like I was the only client he was working with and I knew I wasn’t. You absolutely can’t go wrong with Michael.
