I have known Michael Ryden for 19 years, I was introduced to, and sold the property from Michael Ryden. My experience in purchasing the property with his assistance was as easy and joyful as my experience listing and selling the same property almost 20 years later. Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate made my listing and selling a total stress free situation. The process flowed nicely and the assistance to move everything forward while living out of state was painless and profitable as his recommendation on when and how much to list my property were spot on. I would highly recommend their real estate company if you are in the market for a new home or need assistance to sell your property.
