We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Pirkey of Intracoastal Reality on the sale of a lot we owned in Wilmington. Being from out-of-state, it was important to us to find someone knowledgeable and dependable; we found that in Michael. Michael also proved to be hardworking, reliable, prompt with communications, and dedicated to insuring the best outcome for us.
