Michael and I go back to four years ago when he found my current residence. He has now sold that residence 4 years later as it was time to downsize again. He is passionate about what he does and hard working, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent about staging. With coaching from Michael, I followed his prep instructions to a "T" and about one week later on a Saturday he posted my house on line at 1000 hours, held an open house from 1400-1600 hours and by 2200 hours we had multiple offers, all above asking price. Needless to say I couldn't be happier to be homeless. He is now actively searching for my perfect downsized new home!
