Mike is one of a kind. I've worked with dozens of agents over the years and he's the only agent I'll now work with. I've worked with him for over 14 years and he's an absolute straight shooter. I've never known him to do things in his self interest. In fact, there was one instance where it was highly detrimental for him to not make the sale but he still recommended against it - all to my benefit.
