Michael Finnigan is a seasoned professional, responds promptly, knows the Brooklyn area well related to both rentals (and buying/selling). We are landlords and I can say after 20 years of renting in Brooklyn Michael has gotten us ALL great tenants and quickly. And he does all that with a smile and upbeat personality. What more can you ask for. Michael is by far more than 5 stars.
