I wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone navigating the NYC real estate market, especially if you're a first-time homebuyer! He helped me find and purchase my 1st apartment in Brooklyn. When we were looking for places, he was very diligent in finding places that matched my criteria. He provided suggestions, using his knowledge of the market and the different neighborhoods. He knows Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens very well! The best thing is: I never felt pressured to commit to buying a place. He was very patient and happy to work at my pace. Buying in NYC can be complicated, and he was incredibly helpful. Since I was new to the process, he meticulously outlined all steps, promptly addressed my questions, and skillfully represented me during negotiations. Even after my offer was accepted, he continued to advocate for my interests until closing. He took a lot of the stress off my plate and made my dream come true! Thank you Michael!
